In the course of preparing for these enhancements, we initiated a backend data migration within our environment. During this process, the existing data structure temporarily became inaccessible to our application servers. This led to a temporary inability to access the platform. We want to reassure you that at no point was any data lost or compromised. Our team swiftly identified and rectified the issue, restoring full access to the platform promptly.

Our team has successfully implemented the corrections needed. At this point, only a few remaining minor fixes are being implemented for the remaining bugs. Users may continue receiving errors.

Update
Our team has implemented a partial fix which has allowed the platform to partially come back online. Please note that not all modules and/or functions are 100% functional at this time. We are continuing to bring the entire platform back online as feasible.

Identified
As you are aware, our team is preparing a substantial enhancement to our infrastructure on Friday. In preparation for that, we began the back-end migration of data overnight. We have identified an issue with this migration which is causing YOSS to be unavailable. Our team is working on correcting this and we will have the platform back up as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience.
